By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS, AND INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THESE TERMS ALSO LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

2.2 All laboratory tests are performed solely by Diagnostics (Dx) Your Way. ASHA does not conduct testing, generate results, or provide medical diagnosis.

2.3 The Services are not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical situations. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Services

3.1 ASHA facilitates ordering, payment, and logistics for STI testing.

3.2 The Diagnostics (Dx) Your Way Laboratory fulfills test orders, provides kits, processes specimens, and delivers results.

3.3 You may be referred to follow-up care, but ASHA does not provide healthcare services or treatment.

Eligibility

4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or Services.

4.2 If you order Services for another person, you represent that you have lawful authority and consent to do so.

Account Registration

5.1 Certain Services require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5.3 You must notify ASHA immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

Payment, Shipping, and Refunds

6.1 All fees are due at the time of purchase and are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice.

6.2 Test kits cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except in cases of defective or damaged kits.

6.3 Shipping times are estimates, and ASHA is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Privacy and Data

7.1 ASHA collects limited personal information to process your order.

7.2 Test results and related medical data are managed solely by Diagnostics (Dx) Your Way, subject to their HIPAA compliance and privacy policies.

7.3 By using the Services, you authorize ASHA to share necessary information with the Diagnostics (Dx) Your Way Laboratory and with public health partners that sponsor or support the Services.

Communications

8.1 By using the Site, you consent to be contacted by ASHA and/or the Diagnostics (Dx) Your Way Laboratory by phone, email, or mail regarding your Services.

Permitted Use
